Sleep Consultation Follow Up
You will meet with a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse to go through your medical history, sleep history and sleep concerns. You will leave with a sleep monitor to use in your own home for multiple nights. After you have completed your sleep studies they will be reviewed with you at a subsequent appointment booked approximately 3 weeks after you have completed your testing.

Sleep Consulting services are led by Elaina Zebroff, RRT and Gwen Dunn, RRT. We are both dedicated and qualified Sleep Consultants who are also both Registered Respiratory Therapists with a combined experience of 38 years.
Your initial Sleep Consultation is booked for 60 minutes, and we do not overlap or overbook these appointments. You will go home with a sleep test and complete it in the comfort of your own home. During your appointment it will be determined if you will complete a single night sleep study or multiple nights. The sleep test will need to be returned to the office the morning after your study or studies are completed. (Ask about our courier service if returning the sleep test will be problematic for your schedule).
The sleep test is non-intrusive and collects valuable data on your sleep patterns. Your home sleep test will be interpreted by a sleep physician and will be reviewed with you by either Elaina or Gwen. We aim to review your results approximately 10 business days after your initial test.
Your second appointment is to review the results of your sleep study, this appointment is booked for 45 minutes. If you have a significant other, we welcome and encourage them to come to your appointments with you.
We offer personalized, in-depth consultation and conversation regarding your sleep study. Our main goal is that you leave your appointments with a better understanding of your sleep health and how it may be impacting your overall health and wellbeing so you can make informed decisions regarding your health and next steps.
